METLIFE WORLDWIDE BENEFITS BOASTS 4th CONSECUTIVE AWARD WIN AT 2018 EMMAs

Named “Service Provider of the Year”

MetLife Worldwide Benefits (formerly MetLife Expatriate Benefits) has been awarded “Employee Benefits Service Provider of the Year” during the 9th annual Americas Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs) hosted in San Diego, CA.

This is the fourth consecutive year MetLife has been presented with the “Service Provider” award, along with a win in 2013.

Sponsored by the Forum for Expatriate Management, the EMMAs recognize companies which go “above and beyond” for clients. In 2017, MetLife Worldwide Benefits emphasized “thinking like a member” by ensuring that all of its operations and processes were evaluated and improved on using the member lens. This focus is a result of intensive research conducted by MetLife and third party customer agency, C Space, to chronicle the experience members have from expatriation to repatriation. This research not only guides every interaction the business has with its members, clients, and brokers, but forms the basis of its focus on providing a personalized member experience.

“Our success is thanks to the continuous efforts of the Worldwide Benefits team to drive customer service and improve our business,” said Ann Deugo, vice president, MetLife Worldwide Benefits. “We thank the EMMAs for this honorable recognition.”
